Refund Policy

7-day free trial

No charge before day 8. Cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription → Manage before the trial ends and you'll pay nothing.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access through then. No refunds for the current period.

Annual subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. No refunds for the current term. If you prefer the option to cancel monthly, choose the monthly plan.

Special circumstances

We'll consider refunds in cases of:

• Service unavailability for extended periods (>72 hours)
• Billing errors on our end
• Account compromise leading to unauthorized charges

Email refunds@novex.bio with your account email and a brief description.

Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining access.
